Staking Plan _ Place

I have been using this staking plan for my place betting.

 You start with 1 unit if it loses you move to 2 units if it loses you move to 3 units.

 If the place bet won is equal or greater than $1.60 you move back one unit. i.e. if I was on 3 units per bet I would move back to 2 units for the next bet.

 If the place bet won was less than $1.60 you stay on the current amount of units bet for the next bet.
i.e. if I was on 3 units per bet I would stay on 3 units for the next bet.
